Today I will be sharing some of my favorite images from my time as Abel and Lindsay’s Maryland elopement photographer.
Lindsay and Abel eloped at a courthouse and then climbed a mountain in JANUARY! We bonded over our numb faces as we took epic portraits at sunset. Even though it was cold outside, the amazing sunset warmed us up. I love it when I get to work with adventurous couples! Lindsey and Able were definitely down for an adventure! This Sugarloaf Mountain elopement session was a dream.
Abel and Lindsay met about four years ago on a summer evening. Lindsay’s uncle hosted a dinner and his friends kept bragging about a guy named Abel. Abel ended up attending the dinner party and Lindsay was hooked!
“Abel has never left my side and is always there when I need him most. We have been through a lot together. He always gives me a big hug when I’m stressed and reminds me everything is going to be ok! Every hug reminds me of his support and devotion. Four years after we met we decided to move in together. About a month later we went to Kings Dominion with some friends and on the ride home a terrible accident occurred and we pulled over to help. He is such a caring person! When we continued home I remember the sky being clear and filled with stars. Abel came to my side of the door and told me how much he loved me and told me to close my eyes. When I opened them it was him proposing and of course I said yes!”
